Greenbrier Police Department: Patrolman and Dispatch Positions Available

"We are looking for someone honest, fair, and someone that will treat others, the way they'd want to be treated" shares Greenbrier Police Chief Gene Earnhart. The Greenbrier Police Department is now hiring for two open positions; patrolman and in dispatch. He adds, "Greenbrier is growing but we are still wanting to maintain that small, hometown feeling. I want our department to treat our citizens like family, so that is a must. We need the people that are willing to fulfill these positions ready to work and do the job well."

In regards to the patrolman position that is currently available; it would consist of overnight hours and starts at 16.50 an hour for a certified officer, plus benefits. Chief Earnhart adds, "We have been looking to hire for quite some time now, and need to fulfill these positions immediately. Eventually, we'd like to expand and hire even more officers, at the beginning of the year."
